5-Year Limited Warranty – Terms & Conditions

At Aerofast, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable tiedown products you can trust. All Aerofast tiedowns are backed by a Limited 5-Year Warranty, giving you peace of mind when purchasing for personal use.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is valid for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase and applies only to non-commercial use. It covers manufacturing faults related to materials or workmanship under normal, intended usage conditions.
What’s Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture
- Faulty stitching, webbing, or hardware directly resulting from a manufacturing issue
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, accidents, or environmental exposure
- Products used in commercial, industrial, or rental settings
- Altered or modified products
- Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
Warranty Claim Conditions
To submit a warranty claim:
- You must provide the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
- Claims must be made within the 5-year warranty period.
- Aerofast may request photos or a physical inspection of the product.
Repair or Replacement
If a valid manufacturing fault is found, Aerofast reserves the right to either repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. The replacement product may be identical or of equivalent specification if the original model is no longer available.
Limit of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only. Aerofast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product failure.
